Amulet of Negation
The amulet is made of mithril with a stabile golden chain. It contains the Symbol of Mystra, but below the top star are two eyes inlaid with white opals. Below them is a scale standing atop a warhammer, at about the same height as the lowest star. The scale is ornamented with green emeralds, the warhammer with blue-white diamonds. The whole amulet has a diameter of about seven inches.
This powerful amulet can only be worn by good beings and will punish the wearer for any unjust deed by emitting electric charges against her. When worn openly, it will, depending on the strength of the spells thrown against the bearer, weaken or completely dispel any magic from evil sources that passes within ten feet. The amount of magic it can absorb during a given time span is limited so it might need to rest after a major spell battle.
Magic items and creatures are not affected by this effect.
