Name: Vampire Slayer
Forging: Vampire Slayer was forged by an unknown Master Sword Maker in Japan around the year 900 AD. The Sword Maker was aided in his work by the Great Wizard known to the Japanese as Fire (one of Merlin's aliases), the Lady Titania, and the Dragon Fragnar. Fire provided the metals used in creating the blade, the crossguard (tsuba) and the hilt. Vampire Slayer and it's mate, Demon Slayer were created to aid the people of Japan survive an invasion of Demons and Vampires lead by several second and third circle Demons. Fire choose a young couple to become the first of a series of Sword Bearers. Both survived and fought the armies of Demons and Vampires for over a hundred years until they were tricked and killed by a second circle Demon named Krtog, the Bearer Killer.
Blade: Vampire Slayer's blade was created using the fold method that is still employed by Japanese sword makers today. The Sword Maker took two unknown metals provided to him by Fire and welded them together using Mithril Silver. He then beat the metals together with a hammer, creating a flat pancake like material approximately the length and about twice the width of the blade and tang. The Dragon Fragnar provided the flames that the Sword Maker used to heat the metals. The material is then folded over repeatedly until the number of folds is reached. The blade is then shaped to it's proper shape. While it is being shaped, the blade is drenched in Dragon's blood to add hardness and increase it's magic potential. Then it is reheated to the proper color, shaped some more, then drenched again. This process is repeated until the blade is finished. Then the blade is polished using a combination of vinegar and water from the lakes of Avalon. It is then sharpened to a razor's edge and the tsuba is added before the handle is attached. During the creation process the blade was enchanted by Fire and the Lady Titania. They wove various spells into the blade that would also effect their bearers. The only decoration on the blade is a motto, in Japanese, that runs down the length of the blade. The motto translates into: "I am the second of two, forged in the fires of three worlds, created to defend the innocent and defeat the forces of evil. Vampire Slayer"
Crossguard (Tsuba): The tubsa looks common, but it isn't. It's motif, while common, isn't. It's the image of a five toed Dragon. The five toed Dragon is a God image and is often only carried by the royal families of China and Japan. It is made of a third unknown metal provided by the Archangel Michael.
Hilt: The hilt is made from the wood of an oak tree said to be the one that Buddha sat under while he taught his principles of peace and harmony. The hilt is wrapped in a mysterious cloth given by Titania. The cloth is said to prevent the wielder from ever losing the blade in combat. The end cap is made of pure Mithril Silver provided by Fire from his allies on another world..

Powers:
Vampire Slayer is pretty straight forward as powers go. It was created to destroy vampires and
any lesser demons that are allied with them. Vampire Slayer will also protect the bearers and any
nearby allies from any form of hostile magic thrown at them. Vampire Slayer will absorb the magic
and use it to increase it's power against the enemy that it's fighting. The sword will also empower
it's bearer to nearly superhuman speed and strength. It also extends the life span of the bearer
indefinitely until the bearer willingly gives up Vampire Slayer.
Blessing: Vampire Slayer has been blessed by God through the Archangel Michael who gave the metal that the tsubasi was made from. Any Demon or Vampire that touches any part of the sword will be destroyed. But the Demons have found out that Vampire Slayer could be moved by the use of a simple levitation spell. Vampire Slayer has almost been destroyed several times, but it and it's mate, Demon Slayer, have always been rescued by the Dragon Fragnar. This is probably due to the fact that Fragnar's blood was the liquid used to quench Vampire Slayer as it was being made. .
